Assessment of environment awareness behaviour among adult and adolescence

Abstract
The purpose of this research study was to examine the level of
environmental awareness between the youth group (age 18 to 25) and the adult
group (age 40 to 50). This research was conducted on 60 individuals. The sample
included 30 individuals from the youth group and 30 individuals from the adult
group. The random sampling method was used to select the sample for the study.
The Environmental Awareness Maturity Scale (EAS) developed by Praveen Kumar Jha
(Madhupura, Bihar) was used to assess the level of environmental awareness in
the youth group and the adult group. The obtained data were subjected to
analysis using Mean, SD, and T-test. The analysed data shows that environmental
awareness is almost equal in the youth group and the adult group.
